Design

Due to the nature of the creative process, no two flowers or cake designs are ever identical. Inspiration images are used as a guide to create a unique and personalised result. 

Custom Cake Flowers 

If you would like your cake flowers to match your event florals, we recommend coordinating with your florist. This allows for the closest possible match in colour and style. We will always aim to reflect your inspiration as closely as possible.

Care Instructions

Sugar flowers have a long shelf life due to their low moisture content. When stored correctly, they can last for years.

Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, cold and humidity to preserve their colour and structure.

Floral Cupcakes 

Please note that our products are gluten and lactose-free and are freshly prepared in our home-based kitchen.

For orders with specific allergen requirements (including but not limited to egg whites or dairy), every effort is made to accommodate your request. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee a complete allergen-free environment.

Vegetarian/Vegan 

A vegan option is available upon request. Our floral cupcakes are suitable for vegetarians, and we do not use gelatine or animal-based food colorings.

We aim to ensure that vegan options maintain the same quality and taste as our standard products.

Order & Payment

For sugar flower orders, we recommend at least 7 days' notice

For floral cupcakes, 5 days' notice is preferred

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due upon collection or delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Full payment can also be made at the time of booking.

Payments are made via bank transfer. If you require an alternative method, please let us know at the time of booking.

Wedding Orders

Custom sugar flowers arrangements for wedding cakes typically range from $500 to $1,500+

depending on the quantity, complex and floral style.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to collection or delivery.

Due to the bespoke nature of each design, we take on a limited number of wedding orders each month. Bookings are usually secured 6-12 weeks in advance.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancelations will result in the loss of the deposit.

All charges or cancelations must be in writing. If a cancelation occurs within 3 days of the schedule date, the full amount will be charged.

If an order is not collected at the agreed time, collection may be rescheduled for the next business day.

While we understand that the plans can change, any date adjustments are subject to availability and may not retain the original deposit.

Final Note

Payment of your deposit is considered that you are in agreement of all terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without notification.
